I. Measurement Guide ft. r\/ABraThatFits:

\nGrab a soft measuring tape (medida) and measure yourself either braless or with nipple pasties for the most accurate results. (Note: Your size can change depending on the brand and bra style\u2013totally normal!)

\n\n1. Under-band (band size): Wrap the tape directly under your breasts, level and relaxed to measure your support foundation.

\n2. Bust (fullest point): Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, at nipple level. Again, level and relaxed.

II. Sister Size Secrets (if not identical twins, they are still SISTERS)
<\/b>
\nSister sizes are simply other bra sizes that hold the same cup volume but use a different band, this is helpful when the cup fits but the band is too tight or too loose.

\n\n(Note: This is just an alternative way to get your size and a supplementary way if the cups fit but the band doesn\u2019t\u2014why not try the sister sizes?)
<\/i>
\n\nThe simple sister-size rule<\/b>

\nTo keep cup volume the same:
\n\u2022 Go UP 2 in band (e.g., 32 \u2192 34) and DOWN one cup letter (e.g., C \u2192 B).
\n\u2022 Or go DOWN 2 in band and UP one cup letter.

\n\n(Note: So one size\u2019s \u201csisters\u201d are the size with a larger band + smaller cup, and the size with a smaller band + larger cup.)

\n\nUse the same pattern for larger\/smaller bands \u2014 the rule is consistent across cup ranges. For example, if 34C fits in the cup but the band is too loose, try 32D (smaller band, one cup up) or 36B (bigger band, one cup down).<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
